REFUND POLICY

Who We Are


“We,” “us,” or “our” refers to Valeriia Hamlin, a professional dance teacher and choreographer based in London, UK. This policy applies to all services delivered by Valeriia or any authorised instructor, including Sofie.


1. Group Classes (In-Person or Online)


Enrolment in any group reserves a limited, non-transferable spot within a closed training system. All payments for group classes are strictly non-refundable, regardless of attendance, participation, or personal circumstances.
Instructor substitution, group merging, or schedule adjustments do not qualify for refunds.


If a group falls below five active participants, it may be merged with another group; time/day may change without refund.


If we cancel a class entirely, participants may receive a rescheduled date, credit, or refund at our discretion.


2. Digital Tutorials (Single Purchases)


All digital products are non-refundable.


Once purchased, you receive immediate access to proprietary choreography and content.


Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, difficulty level, technical issues on the user’s device, or incomplete usage.


3. Heels Foundation Course (Online Course)


No refunds are offered once access is granted, regardless of usage or completion.


Please review all available information before enrolling.


4. Subscriptions & Memberships


You may cancel any time via the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting us.


Cancellation stops future payments only.


No refunds are issued for the current billing cycle.


If cancellation results from behavioural violations or breach of NDA, no refunds apply.


Access remains active until the end of the paid period.


5. Filming Days, Workshops & Special Events


Payments for filming days, workshops, and special projects are strictly non-refundable.


No credits/refunds are issued if a participant cannot attend.


If we reschedule due to external issues, a new date will be provided.


6. Deposits


All deposits for group programs, filming days, intensives, choreography projects, or private sessions are strictly non-refundable.


7. Private Classes


Private classes packages must be used within the stated timeframe.


Refunds are not provided for unused sessions.


Rescheduling requires 72-hour notice and is subject to studio availability; additional studio fees may apply.


8. Exceptional Circumstances


In genuine emergencies, you may contact us to request a credit or reschedule.


Refunds are not guaranteed and assessed individually.


Change of mind, schedule conflicts, or dissatisfaction without completing the program are not valid reasons for refunds.


9. Behavioural Removal


Participants removed due to unsafe or disruptive behaviour, repeated policy violations, or NDA breaches are not entitled to refunds.


Final Note


These policies protect the integrity of the programs, the commitment of students, and the operational costs involved.
